 Cindi
Franck has worked for Marian Estates for 28 years and has held a
variety of positions at the facility from Certified Med Aide,
Central Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Administrator, and is
currently the Corporate Compliance Officer and handles all
concerns from families, residents and staff. Cindi would never
ask anyone to do anything that she is not willing to do. She
maintains an open door policy for residents, family members,
staff and all residents. Cindi's sole purpose is to serve the
residents and assure their needs are met to improve their
quality of life. She comes in at a moment's notice to gets
supplies for residents in emergent situations no matter what
time of day or night, always with a positive attitude. Cindi
holds great integrity for her daily duties and responsibilities
to the residents, family members and staff. She audits every
department, offering advice, recommendations and suggestions to
improve services. Despite how difficult it may be to deliver a
message, she will always convey the truth with a tone of empathy
to the received of the message. Cindi provides great strength
and integrity to the organization.
