Champion of the Month - May 2008
Andrea
Kalmbach, Personal Care
Assistant
Adeo In
Home Care
Andrea Kalmbach is a very reliable Personal Care Assistant for
Adeo In-Home Care. She always shows up for her scheduled shifts
on time and travels the furthest distances for clients without
complaint. She is very prompt with reports and consistently
calls the office with changes of condition or special needs of
the clients. Andrea is self-motivated and looks for extra tasks
to do in the home and initiates activities the clients will
enjoy to help enrich their lives. She is known to cover shifts
when her fellow caregivers need help and has even rearranged her
personal schedule to make sure the client’s needs are met.
OHCA recognizes Andrea for her contributions to enhancing the
quality of life for residents, family members, the community,
and to the working environment for staff and co-workers. Thank
you for going the extra mile to ensure the well-being of
residents and your co-workers and for your commitment to the
long-term care profession.
