ALF/RCF Administrator Training

This program has been approved and is recognized by the State of Oregon Seniors & People with Disabilities to fulfill Administrator Requirements under OAR 411-054-0065(3)(a)(A).

The OHCA 40-hour Administrator Certification Program offers a unique opportunity to learn about best practices from a variety of management companies, communities and respected consultants. It focuses on understanding values-based program concepts and practical implementation of critical resident services. The certification program is designed to balance information, resource materials, and interactive exercises. This course will prepare you to develop services and procedures that reflect community based care values and comply with licensing rules. You will discuss emerging issues that impact services and how to comply with regulatory intent.  Management will gain insight necessary to guide corporate policy development and undertake local community oversight.
