Register for April 26^th – Incident Reports and Resident Abuse

Whether you’ve finished the 40-hour ALF/RCF administrator training course or have several years on the job, you may need a refresher – a check in to evaluate where you and your community are on key program concepts and implementation of critical resident services.
This series of 60-minute webinars is intended to heighten the application of the ALF/RCF rules to administrative practices and to examine emerging issues that impact services and comply with regulatory intent.
For new ALF/RCF administrators: this webinar series will reinforce the regulatory concepts introduced in the 40-hour administrator training program and assist new providers with further developing their best practices and operations within their communities.
For experienced administrators: this course will assist seasoned administrators in reviewing regulatory and compliance issues with a detailed focus and examining best methods for ensuring current practices are in compliance and meeting today’s regulatory expectations.
