Spring Expo Event/Activity Sponsorships
Get The Most Value For Your Sponsorship Dollars 
Early Registration = More Exposure
OHCA's Spring Expo Mardi Gras "Unmasking Your Potential" is coming up in less than 2 months.  See all of the current information about this event at www.ohca.com/SpringExpo

One thing to keep in mind is that the earlier you register for your sponsorship(s) the more marketing materials you can be recognized in. OHCA regularly posts information online and sends out communications leading up to our events.  The following are some of the deadlines that you'll want to note as specific sponsors and information will be highlighted in various formats if they are registered BEFORE the following dates.

  • January 11 – Education session sponsors recognized

  • January 25 – Deadline to be spotlighted in Heartbeat newsletter (package & extra event sponsors)

  • February 1 – Deadline to be recognized in Main Event Program (package & extra event sponsors)

  • February 8 – Keynote Speaker Sponsor recognition

  • February 15 – Fun Night Sponsor recognition

  • February 15 – Event signage (package & extra event sponsors)

  • February 22 – Exhibitors & Trade Show Prize Recognition

Directory Advertisement Benefit of Platinum & Gold Packages
If you are considering registering for a Platinum or Gold level of sponsorship with OHCA in 2010, be sure and submit your registration as soon as possible.  In order to be able to take advantage of the directory advertisement benefit of those packages your registration must be submitted no later than Friday, January 15, 2010.  See below for other important deadlines that you'll want to pay attention to in order to get the most value for your package/sponsorships.

Exposure opportunities for package sponsors that are registered BEFORE these dates:

  • January 25 – Deadline to be spotlighted in Heartbeat newsletter (package & extra event sponsors)

  • February 1 – Deadline to be recognized in Spring Expo Main Event Program (package & extra event sponsors)

  • February 15 – Spring Expo Event signage (package & extra event sponsors)

Online Registration Steps
The following steps should walk you through the process of registering for any available sponsorships for OHCA's 2010 Events.

  • If you do not remember your log-in information click on Lost Username/Password to have it automatically emailed to you

  • If you have never registered online with OHCA click on New User to Create a New PRIMARY User Account

  • From there the online process will walk you step by step to allow you to choose your specific booth number/location as well as any extra event sponsorships you may be interested in getting involved with.

Step 1: Select Registration Type (choose a package type or a la carte if you're not registering for a package)

Step 2: Choose your Annual Convention exhibit space (or choose NO BOOTH if registering a la carte & you don't wish to exhibit at this event)

Step 3: Choose your Annual Convention exhibit space (or choose NO BOOTH if registering a la carte & you don't wish to exhibit at this event)

Step 4: Choose your Directory Ad Placement Convention (this opportunity is only included with Platinum and Gold package registration)

Step 5: Choose any Special/Extra Event Sponsorships (exclusive opportunities for members)

Step 6: Confirm & Purchase (your selections are not confirmed until you finish the payment step)

  • You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

This is a multi-step process and at the end of the registration and payment process you should instantly receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation please call OHCA at (503) 726-5260.

If your company's accounting policies require a payment request, or you need to pay by check, you are able to get a head start on your payment process by submitting Payment Request. This will allow you to select the options you'd like to register for and it will automatically create an invoice which you can submit to your accounting staff and directions on how to complete your registration will be included on the email you receive.  If paying by credit card, log back in once your request has been approved and pay by credit card.  Please note: this is not a confirmation of registration – if paying by check your registration will not be processed until payment is received by OHCA. **PLEASE INCLUDE THIS FORM WITH YOUR PAYMENT**
