Annual Convention & Tradeshow Highlights & Updates

Business Partner members of OHCA regularly receive a Marketing Update Email with the latest information on opportunities for marketing and ways to get involved with OHCA directly to their inbox.

OHCA encourages you to register soon if you plan to participate as an exhibitor/sponsor at this year’s Annual Convention & Trade Show. The Annual Convention and Trade Show is our largest event of the year! With around 1000 registrants and business associates in attendance, this show has an abundance of opportunities to offer face time & personal contact with key decision makers! The dedicated trade show times and a spectacular Fun Night activity on Monday night make this the best opportunity for you to build relationships with OHCA members.

Reminder on Participation Options at OHCA’s Annual Convention

Register as an Exhibitor

Register as a Business Partner Attendee

Due to member feedback, in recent years OHCA started offering a special business partner member attendance rate as an option for members who do not wish to exhibit and would still like to participate in the event.  This option will allow your business to send up to two representatives to attend the conference and network with the facility attendees. Business Member Attendance is an opportunity offered exclusively to members of OHCA in good standing. If you’re interested in this option, you can access the appropriate registration form (PDF) online within the newly added Annual Convention portion of OHCA’s website. To keep this participation opportunity fair to those members that choose to exhibit, the registration fee is the same as the lowest cost booth.


Exhibitor Final Confirmations Coming Soon

If your business registers for a booth before July 6th you will be receiving a final confirmation with details to help you prepare for the event on that day.  The confirmation will be emailed to the primary contact for the registration, as well as any additional contacts that have been submitted to OHCA to receive communications on this registration.  Be sure you don’t delete the email that will come as shown below as it includes all of the information you will need to prepare for the event:

Online Registration Information

Online registration is optimized for Internet Explorer – if you are using a different browser please call OHCA for alternate registration options.

  1. To register online simply go to www.ohca.com and click on Online Event Registration under Events (or go directly to www.ohcaonline.com)

  2. Then click on Register Now (Vendors)

  3. Enter your business' specific user name and password

    • If you do not remember your log-in information click on Lost Username/Password

    • If you have never registered online with OHCA click on New User to Create a New PRIMARY User Account

  4. The Online Registration Process will walk you step-by-step:

    • Step 1: Select Registration Type
      (a la carte is the only option available at this point )

    • Step 3: Choose your Annual Convention exhibit space
      (or choose NO BOOTH if registering for only an extra event sponsorship)

    • Step 5: Choose any Special/Extra Event Sponsorships
      (exclusive opportunities for members)

    • Step 6: Confirm & Purchase
      (your selections are not confirmed until you finish the payment step)

Online Registration is a multi-step process. At the end of the registration and payment process you should instantly receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation please call OHCA at 503-726-5260. Currently you can pay online with a credit card or with a check electronically.
