OHCA
encourages you to register soon if you plan to participate as an
exhibitor/sponsor at this year’s Annual Convention & Trade Show.
The Annual Convention and Trade Show is our largest event of the
year! With around 1000 registrants and business associates in
attendance, this show has an abundance of opportunities to offer
face time & personal contact with key decision makers! The
dedicated trade show times and a
spectacular Fun Night activity on Monday night make this the
best opportunity for you to build relationships with OHCA
members.

Register as a
Business Partner Attendee
Due to member feedback, in recent years OHCA
started offering a special business partner member attendance
rate as an option for members who do not wish to exhibit and
would still like to participate in the event. This option will
allow your business to send up to two representatives to attend
the conference and network with the facility attendees.
Business Member Attendance is an
opportunity offered exclusively to members of OHCA in good
standing. If you’re interested in this option, you can
access the appropriate
registration form (PDF) online within the newly added
Annual Convention
portion of OHCA’s website. To keep this
participation opportunity fair to those members that choose to
exhibit, the registration fee is the same as the lowest cost
booth.
Exhibitor Final
Confirmations Coming Soon
If your business registers for a booth before
July 6th you will be receiving a final confirmation
with details to help you prepare for the event on that day. The
confirmation will be emailed to the primary contact for the
registration, as well as any additional contacts that have been
submitted to OHCA to receive communications on this
registration. Be sure you don’t delete the email that will come
as shown below as it includes all of the information you will
need to prepare for the event:
