Extra Event Sponsorship Opportunities Still Available

Not interested in exhibiting or want to add more exposure to your participation at OHCA’s Convention?  Outside of the opportunities to exhibit, we also have some great opportunities for businesses who would like a chance to get extra exposure during the conference.

Attendance Registration Now Available For OHCA Business Partner Members

Can’t exhibit, but still want to participate?  Due to the fact that our conference is nearly sold out of opportunities to exhibit, we want to make sure we have options for members to participate in the event. OHCA is now offering a special business partner member attendance rate if you prefer to attend the conference and network through that opportunity.    Email me for the appropriate registration form. Business Member Attendance is an opportunity offered exclusively to
members of OHCA in good standing.  Up to 2 representatives can attend the conference for the rate of $550.

Exhibit Space Sales Update

Within a week after the last update sent on June 18^th, we sold out of booths for OHCA’s Annual Convention & Tradeshow. However, OHCA has been able to add several table top exhibit spaces for businesses who are still interested in exhibiting.  As of right now, there are only 2 of these spaces still available.  DON’T WAIT any longer if you are interested in exhibiting at this year’s Convention as I expect these last spaces to go very quickly.

All registered exhibitors have already been sent a final confirmation for this event by email from me.  If you did not receive this confirmation – you may not be registered.

* The spaces in the hallway can only accommodate a 6’ table top display and are not secured between show times or overnight. Electricity is available for these spaces.

 Log-in to your Registered User account at any time to view the live schematic & booth sponsorship availability.  A recently updated version can also be found online in the Virtual Conference.

Online Registration Information

1. To register online simply go to www.ohca.com and click on Online Registration under Events

2. Then click on Register Now

3. Enter your business’ specific user name and password

• If you do not remember your log-in information click on Lost Username/Password

• If you have never registered online with OHCA click on New User to Create a New PRIMARY User Account

4. The Online Registration Process will walk you step-by-step

Online Registration is a multi-step process. At the end of the registration and payment process you should instantly receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation please call OHCA at 503-726-5260. Currently you can pay online with a credit card or with a check electronically.
