Be Recognized in Quality Summit Marketing Materials- Sign up by Oct. 1 

OHCA is getting ready to send out marketing materials about our upcoming Quality Summit to our provider members, and would love to recognize your business as a sponsor. If you’re interested in being a sponsor at this event for any of the following opportunities that are still available be sure to submit your registration by October 1st to get the most value for your marketing dollars.

Current sponsorships available are:

  • Speaker Sponsorship - $1000, One Sponsorship available for each speaker (David Farrell, Mary Tellis-Nayak, and Ann Widmer)

  • Lunch Sponsorship - $300, Five Sponsorships

  • Table Top Exhibit Space - $350, Ten Sponsorships

2nd Annual Pacific NW Investment Conference Sponsorship Opportunities 

Date: November 4th, 2008
Location: The Hilton Hotel, Vancouver, WA

The 2nd Annual Pacific Northwest Investment Forum is an event that is offered jointly through Oregon Health Care Association and Washington Health Care Association which will offer insight and information on the financial climate in the Pacific Northwest and provide vital information regarding investment strategies for senior housing providers in today’s market.
Professionals from financial, lending, and investment institutions can benefit from this unique opportunity to network with long term care professionals in the Northwest. Sponsors will find networking and speaking opportunities allowing them to highlight their company, its products and services. Sponsorships are limited to 35 and will be sold on a first-come, first served basis. Reserve a sponsorship opportunity for your company today!

Tips For Successful 2009 Sponsorship Registration – Just Weeks Away

Know When Registration Begins

The earlier you register, the more options you’ll have available to you as far as booth choices, sponsorship availability, being included on marketing materials, web exposure, etc.  The following timeline explains our tiered registration which should help you schedule the best time to open your door to marketing with OHCA based on the level you’d like to register for. If you plan to register for a sponsorship package, register by January 16, 2009 to get the most value! 

  • Platinum Package: Registration becomes available *October 6, 2008 Calendar IconMark Your Calendar
    * 2008 Platinum Sponsors can register October 1-3, 2008 Calendar IconMark Your Calendar to remain at that Sponsorship level for 2009, OHCA has sent notice to all current Platinum’s about the new First Right of Refusal options

  • Gold Package: Registration becomes available October 13, 2008 Calendar IconMark Your Calendar

  • Silver Package: Registration becomes available October 13, 2008 Calendar IconMark Your Calendar

  • A La Carte Sponsors: Registration becomes available November 3, 2008 Calendar IconMark Your Calendar (this registration opening applies to any business wishing to register for an individual booth/sponsorship and not through one of package levels above)

Get Your Log-in In Advance

To ensure you are set-up and ready to go when you’re registration time comes be sure to have your registered user account set-up in advance at www.ohcaonline.com.

If you don’t have an OHCA registered User Account set up, Click on New User:

  • Choose Create New Primary User

  • Select your company from the drop down menu

  • Put in the email address that you would like to have your new user name and password sent to (it will be sent instantly – be sure to check your junk folder in case it is filtered there)

  • If the zip code you enter does not match our records call OHCA to verify the information we have for your company.

If you have already set-up a registered user account with OHCA, but can’t remember it you can click on Lost Username and have it sent to you (if the registered user email address needs to be updated, please call us at 503-726-5260 and one of the OHCA staff will be able to assist you).

Have Your Payment Information Ready

Payment information will be requested at the time of registration in order to confirm your choices.  Preparing in advance to pay online with a credit card or check* at the time you submit your registration choices can help you avoid last minute challenges.

You will not be able to submit your registration without payment, so if you have questions about OHCA’s payment options please contact OHCA at (503) 726-5260 in advance of your registration so we may help you troubleshoot.

*Online Check payments will ask for the following billing information: Bank Name, Bank Account Number, Routing Number, Name On Account, Bank Account Type, First Name, Last Name, Company, Address, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Phone.

Make The Best Booth Selections for 2009

When registering online be sure to move your mouse over the schematic around the booth you are looking to choose.  This allows you to see what other businesses may have already registered for a booth around you.  Just a quick scan can help you be sure you aren’t choosing a booth by a competitor, or also help you find a space next to a business that you may work closely with.  A virtual conference will be maintained on our website once registration begins as well which can show you which businesses have already signed up.  This is not live, but is updated regularly. 

The 2009 Sponsorship Guide was mailed out to all business partner members in August.  You can also view the sponsorship guide online at www.ohca.com under Marketing Options.
