  Due to the great feedback we received at the Vendor meeting last Thursday we have decided to reschedule the Platinum Package Registration start date to October 31st, 2005 to allow us time to update the process with the given suggestions. Mark your calendars so you don’t miss the opportunity!

  October 31 - 9:00am - Online Registration for Platinum Packages Begins and is **Exclusive Until November 13, 2005
  
  November 14, 2005 – Online Registration for Gold and Silver Packages Begins **Exclusive until January 16, 2006
  
  January 16, 2006 - Spring Expo A La Carte Booths Become Available
  
  March 6, 2006 – Convention 2006 A La Carte Booths Become Available
   

• Associate Member Committee Chair – NEW!
  
  We will be appointing a new Vendor Member Committee Chair. If you are interested in this opportunity please contact Jill Bilka, 503-694-2012, jillb@ohca.com to nominate yourself or another OHCA Business Partner. We will vote on the new chair through the new Marketing Updates.
  
  This Committee Chair will have the opportunity to help develop new ideas for vendor meeting topics, new meeting locations, rally our vendors for meetings and OHCA events, be the voice for the vendor group for event planning decisions, and new sponsorship and marketing opportunities.

• MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS:
  
  Quality Provider Articles
  All OHCA associate members are welcome to submit press releases and articles with “best practice” or operations improvement focuses for publication in The Quality Provider (a bi-monthly newsletter that goes to Facility Members).
  
  The article should not be company specific, but at the end of the article we can include a brief bio. and contact information for you. Please send any articles to jillb@ohca.com. OHCA reserves all selection and editing rights. I am currently accepting articles for the November/December issue.
  
  Committee Sponsorships
  For each sponsorship you get the following features:
  
  • Attendance at the committee meeting you sponsor
  • 5-Minute company introduction at meeting you sponsor
  • One (1) 8 ½ x 11 Info sheet in committee materials at the meeting you sponsor
  • Ability to pass out merchandise w/your company’s logo included
