Marketing Update 10/28/05
Thank you to all of the businesses
that took the opportunity to register their user name and
password early on ohcaonline! The feedback we received from all
of you was very helpful in working to perfect our new
registration system.

READY, SET, REGISTER!
 Remember
that registration for those of you interested in Platinum
Packages begins this
MONDAY
October
31st!
The online process will become active at 9:00am sharp.
Mark your calendars and set your alarms so you don't miss
the great chance to be Platinum.
Half of the total package price will be needed as payment to
confirm and check-out. Be ready with your credit card
information (VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY). The individual
responsible for purchasing the package is the "authorized
party"
For those of you waiting for Gold and Silver registration,
remember that starts November 14th. Booths are first come
first serve - so don't wait long to sign up!
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS THE FASTEST WAY TO CONFIRM YOUR PACKAGE
AND BOOTH RESERVATION
This will bring you to an overview
of the packages offered for 2006. Click on one of the Order
Package links in order to go to the log in page.
Click on New User:

Select your company from the
drop down menu

Put in the email address that
you would like to have your new user name and password sent to
(be sure to check your junk folder in case it is filtered
there)

If the zip code you enter does
not match our records call OHCA to verify the information we
have for your company.
This will ensure you are set-up and ready to
go when your registration time comes.

Nominations for
Associate Member Chair
We will be appointing a new Vendor Member Committee Chair. If
you are interested in this opportunity please contact Jill
Bilka, 503-694-2012,
jillb@ohca.com to nominate yourself or another OHCA
Business Partner. We will vote on the new chair through the
new Marketing Updates.
This Committee Chair will have the opportunity to help develop
new ideas for vendor meeting topics, new meeting locations,
rally our vendors for meetings and OHCA events, be the voice
for the vendor group for event planning decisions, and new
sponsorship and marketing opportunities.
