Register For a Package or Extra Sponsorship for Spring Expo
Before Wednesday, November 25
OHCA is just getting ready to finalize our marketing brochure
which will be mailed out to all provider members. If you’d like
to be recognized as a sponsor in this brochure, submit your
registration before Wednesday, November 25th.
OHCA recognizes package sponsors and extra event sponsors in
this publication. We encourage you to register early for
sponsorships to maximize the value of your marketing dollars by
allowing us to recognize you in more marketing materials!

Spring Expo Booths Nearly 1/2 Sold Already!
If you’re considering registering to exhibit at OHCA’s 2010
Spring Expo event right now is a great time to start planning.
Although not recognized in the marketing brochure, it’s still a
good idea to register early for exhibit space so that you can
get the best choice of booths available.
Here's some of the benefits of exhibiting at the conference:

A
sales representative would have to travel for weeks
throughout the state of Oregon to receive the same exposure
they get at the OHCA Spring Expo.

At the
trade show, attendees have a chance to see things up close,
discuss advantages with a representative and even sample
many of the products.

Gain
exposure by being included in the
Virtual Conference as well as in event marketing
materials which are viewed by prospective and registered
attendees (the earlier you register, the more value you'll
receive)

Opportunity to attend the
Fun Night Masquerade Party on Monday evening. This is a
great time to network outside of the trade show setting
(tickets will be available for purchase through your
Exhibitor Info. Form, so be sure to submit yours in advance
to ensure you get a ticket while they're still available)

Receive exclusive pre (sent about 2 weeks prior) and post
(sent about 1 week after) event attendee lists which you can
use to further your marketing efforts
