Become a Member: Assisted Living
Facility
Any Nursing, Assisted Living or Residential
Care Facility Licensed in the state of Oregon, shall be eligible for
membership in this association and shall have full voting rights.

Become a Member: Business Partner Membership
Business Partner Membership is available to
vendors and consultants who provide services/products to long-term care
facilities in the state.

Individual Membership is open to individuals
who wish to maintain association membership and do not work in, or sell a
product of service to a facility.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or
operation owning an in-home care agency or home health agency within the
state of Oregon shall be eligible for membership.

Become
a Member: Student
Student membership is available to full time
students interested in gerontology, long-term care, the senior housing
profession or aging services To be eligible you must be a full time
student and include a copy of your current schedule with this application
for membership. Students who are currently working at a facility that is
not a member of OHCA are not eligible for this free student membership.
