Traffic Notice: I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project

As part of the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project, there will be major closure of all lanes of I-5 southbound near and around the Oregon Convention Center during the Annual Convention.

We encourage you to plan ahead and consider how your travel to and from the Annual Convention may be impacted. You can find information about specific impact areas here.

Beware of Scammers!

Every year, a variety of individuals contact our exhibitors claiming to be affiliated with OHCA and offering to help book hotel rooms, sell attendee lists, or other services. Please ignore these individuals! We have no idea how they get exhibitor information and we do not share it. To confirm:

  • You receive several free attendee lists with your exhibit/sponsor purchase as we get closer to the event date.
  • You can book your hotel using our hotel link on the main event page.
  • Only an OHCA staff member or our trade show decorators, FERN, will contact exhibitors.

  • Tuesday, September 22, 2026, 2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.; All exhibitors must be fully moved out by Tuesday, September 22, at 5:00 p.m.

Attendee Lists

  • The pre-event attendee list will be sent to confirmed exhibitors and sponsors at least one week before the event. (Check your spam folder!)
  • The post-event attendee list will be sent to confirmed exhibitors and sponsors no later than September 30.

Electricity/Cleaning/AV

You may order any needed electricity, cleaning services, or AV services directly through the Oregon Convention Center here.

Additional Services and Shipping

You may order additional services through our event decorator, FERN Expo. A link to ordering services will be emailed directly to you from Fern in June/July. Please look in your junk/spam folder.

Confirmed exhibitors and sponsors may send up to two representatives per booth or sponsorship as a part of your booth/sponsorship purchase. Additional representatives are able to attend and register for the event at the full-priced member rate.

What is included with my exhibit booth?

Included in your booth is the following:

  • 10’ x 10’ booth space including pipe & drape, aisle carpet, 6 foot table, chair, and wastebasket.
  • Pre- and Post- event attendee list will be sent.
  • Includes two (2) lunches on the day of the trade show, awards lunch tickets may be purchased for an additional fee.

What is NOT included in your booth:

  • Booth carpet (please order directly through FERN, see above)
  • Electricity (please order through OCC (see above)
