The LiveWell Method provides simple way to improve teamwork, communication, residents wellness and safety, measurement and tracking, and organization of workplace. Using visual management tools and practices, it enables everyone in the community to take part in improving clinical and staffing issues. Communities that have implemented LiveWell have reduced m ed errors, falls, and overuse of antipsychotic and antibiotic medications. They have reduced staff turnover, unplanned absences and workplace injuries.

The LiveWell Method provides facilities with tools and training that equip staff and residents in all aspects of quality improvement. The LiveWell Method was developed and piloted with the State of Oregon over a four-year period from 2015-2018. Funding was made possible through grants proved by the Quality Care fund of DHS/APD.
