Oregon law now requires that a uniform quality metrics reporting system be developed to measure and compare performance of assisted living and residential care communities across the state.  This webinar will review regulatory fundamentals, best practices for implementing quality metric measurements and customer satisfaction, and strategies for continuous compliance and quality improvement. OHCA’s Linda Kirschbaum will present this webinar and will discuss what is being measured by the state’s quality metrics reporting system, the formulas used to measure quality, implementation timelines and updates, and 2020 data collection and reporting requirements.
