It focuses on understanding values-based program concepts and practical implementation of critical resident services. This training program is designed to balance information, resource materials, and interactive exercises. This course will prepare you to develop services and procedures that reflect community-based care values and comply with licensing rules. You will discuss emerging issues that impact services and how to comply with regulatory intent. Management will gain insight necessary to guide corporate policy development and undertake local community oversight.
