Learners will discuss the main reasons why DEI efforts fail and the evidence-based strategies to use to create dynamic and successful culture change. The session will provide micro-actions, valuable insights, and tools that can be immediately applied to current or future workplace DEI initiatives. Research shows that 80% of all successful human interactions and relationships are tied to an understanding of emotional intelligence. This session will focus on ways that leaders can become more adept at thinking, acting, and communicating in a manner that demonstrates dignity, respect, and inclusion toward others.

This webinar will offer insights and specific details on leveraging emotional intelligence to inspire DEI efforts. Learners will be provided with a downloadable DEI Playbook that will contain useful information on strategies, best practices, and interventions to help leaders win the transformation battle.
