Administrator-in-Training (AIT)

East Cascade Retirement Community is searching for an emerging leader that is looking to further their career in Post-Acute Care through an AIT program. The Administrator-in-Training experience is hands on and requires the individual to gain day-to-day knowledge and skills in each department of the organization with oversight and guidance from a preceptor. The AIT program will be a 6-18-month training course. Upon completion of the program, you would apply to take your State and Federal Nursing Home Administrator exams. Once licensed, you would be ready to apply for an Administrative position at East Cascade’s 20 bed Nursing Facility.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably with an emphasis in Public Health and/or Business
A strong passion for learning and leading
Ability to adapt and be flexible
Ability to communicate and elicit feedback
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred
