Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Executive Director to lead daily operations within our senior living community. This role is perfect for a leader who blends strong operational expertise with a genuine passion for people.
You will shape the culture, guide your team, and ensure residents receive exceptional care—all while creating a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like home.

What You’ll Do
Lead with Heart & Purpose

Create a welcoming, calm, and positive environment for residents, families, and staff
Foster a culture rooted in respect, compassion, and engagement

Oversee Community Operations

Direct all programs, services, and day-to-day activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and quality standards
Maintain operational excellence while achieving budget and census goals

Ensure Quality & Compliance

Participate in state and federal surveys and lead corrective action planning
Monitor Quality Measures (Blue Step Monitor) and drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and professional standards

Build Strong Relationships

Serve as a trusted liaison between residents, families, staff, and stakeholders
Support and lead your team with professionalism and accountability

Drive Operational Success

Ensure adequate staffing, supplies, and equipment for daily needs
Lead strategic planning, process improvement, and performance management

What You Bring

Strong knowledge of senior living operations, regulations, and survey processes
Experience with quality measures, compliance, and reimbursement practices
Proven ability to lead teams, make sound decisions, and manage complex operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
