The RCC is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as community policies and procedures, that govern assisted living and residential care to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.

The RCC assures that services in support of all residents are delivered according to policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have be a high school graduate or equivalent and have experience in the health care industry managing employees. Preference given for training and experience in workplace management of other employees and must have the ability to organize and maintain residents records and multi-task.
