Claim Your CEUs From the Event

You may earn up to 9.0 CEUs from attending this event. Using your desktop or mobile device, you can complete evaluations and print a CEU form of the sessions you attended.

  • Click on the button below, then log in using your OHCA Member Resource Portal credentials.
  • Once logged in, click on the tile that says “Claim CEUs.”
  • Read the instructions carefully, then click “Complete Session Evaluations.” Click on the titles of each session you attended.
  • Enter the CEU code word and evaluate the session. Repeat this step for every session you attended. Make sure to click ‘submit’ to complete this step.
  • Once you’ve completed these steps for each session and completed an overall event evaluation, click download and print to view your CEU form.
