This webinar will help applicants outline their systematic approaches and demonstrate sustainable organization and process results linked to key customer requirements, success factors, and challenges–with a focus on resources, tips for submitting their applications, deadline reminders, and more. Attendees will gain a better understanding of what examiners are looking for and how to use the award criteria as a quality improvement tool. In addition, attendees will also use the award process to focus, align and accelerate your performance excellence efforts, thus becoming a high-performing organization!

OHCA encourages you to attend this workshop as a team. A team approach is the most effective method to develop your application in a manner that makes it a “management document” and not just an awards application. Pricing is per community.

Bronze Award recipients have three years to apply for the Silver award from the year they received it. Participation in this workshop does NOT guarantee award/renewal receipt by AHCA/NCAL.
