CardioRenal Vision (CRV) provides specialty cardiology and nephrology services in post-acute communities. By complementing primary care, our in-house providers use evidence-based medicine to support the collaborative management of your CHF and CKD patients, reducing readmissions and improving quality measures. We also have an extensive series of nursing in-services including CHF pathophysiology education, assessment and skills training, and a CNA Cardiac Certification course to help your team work at the top of their license. Along with our focus on clinical outcomes, we provide in-house ECG’s, holter monitors, and sleep studies, decreasing the need to send patients out of the facility, saving transportation costs and allowing more time for therapy.
