This quarterly committee meeting focuses on issues and topics of importance to OHCA in-home care and home health agency members, featuring a legislative update, discussion of the new administrative rules with a representative from the Department of Human Services, and a session with an experienced employment lawyer who will discuss new laws and recurring employment law issues.
