Reminder: In-Home Care Agencies Must Complete Survey for EVV Data Aggregation

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is preparing to gather and report Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data. As a part of its EVV aggregation project, all in-home care agencies must complete an ODHS survey by May 5, 2025, which can be accessed here: HHA/IHCA survey. In-home care agencies with multiple locations must complete a survey for each location.
