Nurse Manager

Maryville, a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon, has an unusual opportunity for a Resident Care Manager to join its team of attentive and compassionate healthcare professionals.

Requirements: a currently licensed RN with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with Residents, their family members, and staff at every level of the organization; the ability to pass the background check required of all Maryville employees; at least 3 years of successful supervisory experience; at least 5 additional years of clinical experience; intermediate computer skills; and knowledge of (or willingness to learn) both the MDS process and Medicare eligibility.

Compensation starts at $72,000-80,000 per year depending on experience and benefits include medical insurance (that covers chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy, and massage therapy), dental insurance, company-paid life and disability insurance, a retirement plan with a generous employer match, cell phone discounts, and an employee assistance program.
