Lori heads OHCA’s finance and office administration

The Oregon Health Care Association is pleased to announce that Lori Mueller has joined the association as chief financial officer. As CFO, Lori oversees all finance, accounting, HR, IT, and office administration. She plays a pivotal role in shaping OHCA’s opportunities for growth and impact on the industry.

“Lori’s extensive leadership experience with organizations in the not for profit and healthcare industries coupled with and her ability to develop complex business solutions is a big asset to OHCA,” said Jim Carlson, President and CEO of the Oregon Health Care Association. “She will help our operations run smoothly and will bring fresh eyes to OHCA’s finance and business initiatives.”

In addition to her work at OHCA, Lori serves as treasurer for the Portland Workforce Alliance, which builds partnerships between local businesses and Portland-area high schools to provide students with real-life work experiences and career-learning opportunities.

“I am excited to be joining the fantastic team that Jim has put together,” said Lori. “I look forward to working with the operations staff to advance OHCA’s mission and benefits to members.”

Prior to joining OHCA, Lori served as CFO for the investment firm Arnerich Massena. Before that, she served as vice president of finance and administration for the OHSU Foundation, where she oversaw all financial components of the $900 million organization.

Lori earned her BS in finance from Portland State University.
