SYSCO – Food Purchasing

SYSCO Foods is OHCA’s sole food distributor. Members who are already using SYSCO or who would like to use SYSCO can sign up to receive special savings and discounts on SYSCO products through our group purchasing program.

Additionally, members that make their food purchases through OHCA’s partnership with Sysco can receive significant discounts to their OHCA membership dues (typically 20-60%).

Incite Strategic Partners – Group Purchasing

ReadyCNA – Online CNA Training Program for Providers

OHCA’s online CNA training partner is Cinematic Health Education and their ReadyCNA online certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program. ReadyCNA is currently the only online CNA didactic program approved by OBSN and is being used by many OHCA members in conjunction with their in-person CNA courses.

ReadyCNA is a comprehensive online didactic training program to prepare individuals for careers as CNAs. The program revolves around “The Residents,” a three-hour, Hollywood-quality movie that depicts the life of a newly hired CNA. The storytelling format allows for learner engagement, knowledge retention, and a realistic, day-to-day depiction of the challenges and rewards of working in a long term care community.

The training is comprised of:

  • A three-hour Hollywood-quality drama broken into mini episodes throughout the program to engage students and teach soft skills
  • Informative video interviews with real-life medical personnel
  • 180 content videos
  • Quizzes
  • Practice tests
