Reminder: LAST OPPORTUNITY to Order Free Air Filtration Units for Your Facility

Please review the provider alert below which details how to order free air filtration units for nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and residential care facilities licensed by APD.

As a follow up to the previous provider alert ODHS-24-015-CBC-NF, this is the final reminder for nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and residential care facilities licensed by APD to order their free allotment of MedifyAir MA40 Units (HEPA air filtration units). High efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters trap small, harmful particles, such as pollen, mold, viruses, smoke, and dust mites by forcing air through a fine mesh filter. These filters improve indoor air quality for both facility staff and residents.

Key Points:

• There is no cost to the facilities for these units or the additional filters
• Shipping will occur on a rolling basis through April 2024
• NF may order 32 air filtration units and 128 replacement filters per facility
• ALF/RCF may order 10 air filtration units and 40 replacement filters per facility
• Facilities must order their full quantity using the link below
• Signature is required upon delivery at the facility
• The deadline to request these units and filters is Tuesday, April 30, 2024
