Salary Survey Deadline Extended

The deadline to complete the 2019/2020 ALF/RCF Salary Survey, NF/SNF Salary Survey, and In-Home Care Salary Survey has been extended to, Friday, March 6. Please complete the surveys as soon as possible to ensure we have enough responses to provide statistically significant reports in a wide variety of geographic areas.

The surveys have been emailed to building administrators and corporate contacts. The direct links are:

The salary surveys are essential to OHCA in our legislative and policy efforts during the legislative session. Those who complete a survey will receive a free copy of the 2019/2020 Wage and Benefits Report for their provider type.

As always, all collected data will be kept confidential. Only summarized results (aggregated information) will be publicly shared so that no individual community or single organization can be identified.

Please note that OHCA is working with Insights to Illuminate LLC on this survey including data analysis and drafting of the report. Insights to Illuminate LLC is subject to confidentiality requirements outlined in the contract with OHCA.
