Quality Award Stories of Success

The American Health Center Association (AHCA) and National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) is looking for stories that exemplify how the Quality Award journey has impacted your organization’s outcomes and quality of care. The purpose of collecting these stories is to provide insights into the experience of the recipients through success stories, best practices, or the impact the program has had on their organization or center.

The Quality Award team is asking State Affiliates to identify or encourage members to share their stories. Stories are shared through avenues such as Provider Magazine, the AHCA/NCAL blog, and posterboards at various meetings and events.

AHCA/NCAL is seeking stories from bronze, silver, and gold recipients from recent years.
