How do I log in to the online member portal?

You likely already have an account set up! Simply input your work email address into the Login ID field and select “Forgot your password?” A password reset email will be sent to you. Use your work email address and your password to log in.

How will the new system effect OHCA members?

As an OHCA member, you will have access to an online member portal where you’ll be able to:

• create a personal profile to view CEUs all in one place,
• more easily register for OHCA-hosted educational events,
• update contact information,
• pay invoices,
• view committee information and materials,
• and much more.

What are the “relating legislators” contacts on my organization page in the OHCA member portal?

These contacts are the lawmakers, the state representative, state senator, and congressperson, for your organization. Please do NOT edit or delete these contacts as their association with your organization is an important part of our advocacy efforts. We use this data for internal purposes and, unfortunately, cannot hide or remove it from your organization’s portal page. If you have any questions about this data, please contact Rosie Ward at rward@ohca.com.

How do I register for an educational event?

Log in to your individual profile on the online member portal (NOT your organization’s profile) and follow the steps in our training Register for an OHCA Event.

How do I access my CEUs for past events?

Please email the class name and approximately class date to janiennea@ohca.com or mking@ohca.com.  You will receive an email verifying your attendance and completion of CEUs.  Please print and keep a copy of this verification for your records.  The Oregon Health Licensing Agency and the APD Safety, Quality and Oversight Office have agreed to accept email verification during our transition period.

How will I receive CEUs for events I have registered for?

Starting June 15, 2018, Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificates will be handed out at the completion of the course.  Please keep a copy of this CEU form for your records, as you will need this to verify your attendance.

Why I can’t access my CEU forms in the Member Resource Portal?

We appreciate your patience as we transition to our new Member Resource Portal.  The CEU portion of this portal is still in development with the programmers.  Some limited information about CEUs is available, and we hope to have a complete functional CEU retrieval program available for our members at the conclusion of 2018.

I can’t read or understand the CEU listing in my members portal account. What should I do?
