Register for Spring Expo Now, Be on the Survey Free List

If you are planning on attending OHCA’s 2025 Spring Expo, make sure you have registered for the event by March 30, 2025, in order to avoid state surveyors if one or more staff from your facility are attending the event. Click here for registration and full details of the event.

The Oregon Safety, Oversight, and Quality (SOQ) unit survey teams have agreed that buildings that have at least one or more staff registered for the OHCA Spring Expo will not be surveyed during the event dates, April 23-24, if they register by the following deadlines:

• Assisted living and residential care facilities must register by March 30
• Nursing facilities must register by March 30

Please note, this only applies to full surveys and initial revisits only and will not apply to complaint surveys with priority to immediately investigate. This will not apply to buildings registered after deadlines.
